Most like-for-like tank swaps in single-story homes land between $1,450 and $2,100 parts and labour, depending on code upgrades. Number before we pull the old unit.
Polybutylene or galvanized?
Yes. We’ll say when a spot repair is fine and when it’s time to plan a re-pipe. Photos and options — no scare tactics.
