Waco

Castle Heights, Sanger Heights, Provident Heights, Dean Highland, Brook Oaks, Lake Shore, North Waco, East Waco, the Baylor area and the Columbus Avenue historic district.

The older neighborhoods near Baylor and downtown have homes from the 1910s to the 1950s, many on pier and beam, with galvanized supply lines, cast-iron drains and clay sewer lines under big pecan and live oak trees. Plenty of them are rentals and student houses that see heavy use. Castle Heights and Lake Shore mix older brick ranches with bigger homes. Newer parts of town are mostly slab-on-grade brick ranches.

Woodway & Hewitt

Brick homes on slabs from the 1970s to the 2000s, many with copper or cast iron under the floor that's starting to show its age. Slab leaks and water heater replacements are the regular calls.

Robinson, Lorena & McGregor

Mix of older town homes and newer subdivisions, plus houses on bigger lots with long water service lines and septic systems. We handle the plumbing side. Ask us about long service lines and well tie-ins.

China Spring, Bellmead, Lacy Lakeview & Beverly Hills

Newer builds in China Spring, older homes in Bellmead and Lacy Lakeview, and older cottages mixed with new builds along I-35 and Highway 84. Drain, sewer and water heater work are the common calls.
